Last week, a newWonder Womantrailer was reportedlyclassified, and areporta few days later alleged the preview will play beforeDoctor Strangein theaters beginning Friday, November 4. The chatter has turned out to be true: starGal Gadotrevealed a teaser for the trailer that’s hitting the Web tomorrow.
Sadly, the teaser doesn’t hold any new footage and instead focuses on some snippets from the previous reveal: Wonder Woman sliding across the floor in a battle against World War II soldiers, an Amazon archer leaping into the air with her bow in hand, and theHans Zimmer- andJunkie XL-composed anthem that played over the character’s debut inBatman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, but still!

Watch it below:
Wonder Womanis directed byPatty Jenkinsand stars Gadot as Diana Prince,Chris Pineas Steve Trevor,Robin WrightandLisa Loven Kongslias Diana’s Amazonian aunts Antiope and Menalippe,Connie Nielsenas Queen Hippolyta, andLucy Davisas Etta Candy. Also starring areDanny Huston(Clash of the Titans),David Thewlis(theHarry Potterfilms),Ewen Bremner(Exodus: Gods and Kings),Saïd Taghmaoui(American Hustle), andElena Anaya(The Skin I Live In). However, their characters have stuck to the shadows, so perhaps we’ll see more of them in tomorrow’s new trailer.
We know the film will see Diana’s life on the mystical paradise island of Themyscira, as well as her meeting with Steve before leaving her home to enter the throes of World War II. There were some rumors about the Ancient Greek Gods involved in this story, but we’ll have to wait and see.

To say there’s a lot of pressure on this movie is an understatement. Expectations are high given the immense importance of the character of Wonder Woman and the heavy criticisms of the DC Extended Universe. But even thoughBatman v SupermanandSuicide Squadwere denounced by critics and many fans, there seems to be hope thatWonder Womancan revitalize this franchise. Tomorrow’s trailer will hopefully provide more support for why it might.
Wonder Womanwill hit theaters on August 16, 2025.
