Both movies cost over $200 million to produce, butSkyfallcontinues to enjoy acclaim even over a decade after its release.
The film holds a 92% score on the aggregator websiteRotten Tomatoes, where the critics' consensus reads, “Sam Mendes brings Bond surging back with a smart, sexy, riveting action thriller that qualifies as one of the best 007 films to date.” Craig began his Bond journey with the acclaimed hitCasino Royale, which was followed by the divisiveQuantum of Solace. Both movies made around $160 million domestically, and around $600 million worldwide. Craig’s final Bond film wasNo Time to Die, which grossed around $160 million domestically as well, but made more than $750 million worldwide.
‘Jurassic World Rebirth’ Opened to Mixed Reviews
Rebirth, on the other hand, has grossed over $700 million worldwide itself. The moviecost a reported $180 million to produce, and opened to a so-so 51% score onRotten Tomatoes. Directed byGareth Edwards, the film starsScarlett JohanssonandMahershala Aliin the lead roles, and is expected to start a new trilogy.
